Moody’s put Binghatti’s Ba3 under review.
I read the release It’s narrower than the headlines suggest.

(I sell Binghatti units. Judge the numbers, not me )

One maturity out of four a $500M sukuk due February 2027. Nothing else falls due until 2029.

H1 profit AED 3.0B, up 64%. Half a billion dirhams of sales a week through the conflict. Ten projects worth AED 7.5B, 94% sold, handing over in the next four to five months.

That’s a timing question, not a solvency one.

I’ll be watching two things: those handovers landing on schedule, and the refinancing moves before February.
