AlGharib & Partners Advocates & Legal Consultants is seeking a Female Filipino Accountant with strong accounting and compliance skills to join our dynamic team in Dubai.
This role focuses on managing the firm’s financial operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with UAE accounting and tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and journal entries.
✅ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
✅ Manage invoices, payments, payroll, and petty cash transactions.
✅ Oversee VAT filings, corporate tax compliance, and related financial documentation.
✅ Maintain accurate and organized accounting records.
✅ Coordinate with management, external auditors, and relevant authorities when required.
✅ Provide financial insights and summaries to support management decisions.
✅ Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity in all financial matters.
Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
✅ 2–5 years of accounting experience (preferably within a law firm or professional services company).
✅ Strong understanding of UAE VAT, and Corporate Tax regulations.
✅ Proficiency in accounting software.
✅ Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
✅ Strong communication skills in English.
✅ Preference will be given to Female Filipino candidates currently based in the UAE.
