طرحنا مع السيد وزير الاقتصاد السوري أهمية تعزيز دور التحكيم في سوريا وسلطنا الأضواء على اسبوع التحكيم في دمشق بنسخته الأولى الذي سيقام في أيلول ٢٠٢٦ وأكد جميع الحاضرين من هيئات ومراكز لدعمهم المطلق للتجربة السورية ولاسبوع التحكيم في سوريا.
We were delighted to participate in the third edition of Riyadh International Disputes Week (RIDW26) and to engage with leading global experts in arbitration and mediation.
Syria is taking positive steps toward encouraging investors to enter its market and providing the necessary guarantees, particularly through strengthening alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
In our discussion with the Syrian Minister of Economy, we emphasized the importance of reinforcing the role of arbitration in Syria and highlighted the upcoming first edition of Damascus Arbitration Week, scheduled for September 2026. All participating institutions and arbitration centers expressed their full support for the Syrian initiative and for Arbitration Week in Syria.
