The Volume of Real Estate Transactions with Off-Plan Properties in Dubai Increased by 63% Year-on-Year*l

According to the Dubai Land Department (DLD):

172,069 property transactions worth $135 billion were completed (Jan 1 - Dec 15).

Overall growth: +37% volume and +29% value vs. 2023.

Transaction Breakdown:
Existing Properties: 68,211 deals, $76 billion (+11% volume, +19% value).

Off-Plan Properties: 103,858 deals, $59 billion (+63% volume, +46% value).

Highlight:
DAMAC Properties sold $2.7 billion worth of units in 10 hours at DAMAC Islands (3,100 units across 6 clusters: Maldives, Bora Bora, Seychelles, Hawaii, Bali, and Fiji).

But I make it a point to carve out time for my workouts, even when the days are long. Why? Because maintaining my physical health keeps me mentally sharp and focused.

I’ve realized that the energy I put into staying fit translates directly into how I perform in business.

We have to get rejected so many times that it no longer fazes us.
Geez. That sounds like a tough road, right?

Well, start small. Start with sending a message to a member of your Facebook group. That’s not too big a deal, right?

And do that 100 times – or however many times you need to do it until you feel comfortable – until you don’t think twice about doing it.
Then, move on to doing live streams on Facebook.

And work your way up to bigger and bigger challenges in the fit-pro industry.
Finally, when you’ve built up total immunity to rejection, you’ll have the confidence to book and do consultation calls.

The good news is by the team you reach this stage, the answer won’t matter.
You’ll ask the next person if this person says no.
You’ll truly be inoculated against rejection.

𝐅𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐞? 𝐋𝐞𝐭 𝐌𝐞 𝐇𝐞𝐥𝐩
Have you ever had one of those days when you accomplish nothing?

And you don’t know if you’ll ever accomplish anything again?
“What if I never close someone into my high-ticket program ever again?”

Or, if you’re like me, you might spend too much time wondering if you even know enough about the business and marketing in the industry to attract more clients.

Well, I’ll share a SHIFT in my thinking that turns around these thoughts as soon as they creep into my mind.
An easy summary: Instead of thinking, “Why can’t I…?,” start thinking, “How can I…?”

Here are a few twists of these phrases:
“What if I never find leads again?” SHIFTS to “How can I solve problems for clients?”

“What if I don’t know enough about charging high-ticket? SHIFTS to “How can I learn more skills to attract more clients?”

Carry these phrases around in your pocket if you need to.
Your intention to help clients solve problems and your intention to grow in our industry continually will shine through to clients.
And always remember to take action.
Action eliminates worry, overthinking, and fear.

𝐋𝐞𝐭’𝐬 𝐆𝐞𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬
You’ve probably noticed that the winners in our industry have a few things in common.

Let’s start with their investment in their future.
The winners invested in programs, systems and tools to build their fit-pro businesses.
But, they didn’t stop there.

They also took action by implementing the knowledge, system and tools due to their ambitious and driven nature.

Beyond their investment and their action, they kept going.
They didn’t rest on their laurels, NOR did they sit around waiting for the next win.

Even if they didn’t feel like it, they took the next step by being consistent with the process, and accountable to hit their numbers every day.

Basically, the winners in our industry have one thing in common: they did the work.

And now, they’re reaping the rewards.

Pretty simple formula when you break it down: invest in learning + take action + keep going = make a living = “Win!”

And you might think these winners have a natural advantage in either being born with a great mindset or being raised with a great mindset.

Well… guess what? Not all of the winners started with a great mindset. They had to experience a paradigm shift!

The before and after when it comes to this shift is the difference between winning and losing.

If you’re reading this right now, you’ve already experienced this shift, OR you’re ready to experience it – then, there’s no difference between you and the winners in our industry.

How To Get Fired – NOT!
We can go ahead and describe this message as “tough love” before we even get started.

But I do have a point…
First, let’s get to the tough love part…
Here are a few ways to get fired from a client:

1 – Not giving 100%!
If you’re not putting in at the least the minimum effort required, that’s bad – and your client may fire you.
Really, you should be going above and beyond the minimum required.

2 – Tuning out constructive criticism.
It’s easy to be offended. But try not to beat yourself up.
If you ignore a client’s criticism, they may fire you.
But worse, you may not learn and grow.

3 – Not communicating – this one covers so much!
If you don’t communicate, your client may fire you.
If you don’t respond to their questions, they may fire you.
Even if your response is, “I don’t know the answer. Let me get back to you,” that’s enough.

They know you haven’t ghosted them.
-
As I stated previously, there are more ways to get fired, but I’m just making a point.
And my point is… you are in control.

That’s the best part of running your own business.
But it doesn’t have to be the worst part of running your own business.
There are so many ways NOT to get fired. It’s simple.

The next time you’re working with a high-maintenance client who’s demanding that your tailored exercise and nutrition program be delivered in 24-hours, that’s your chance to provide speedy excellence! What an opportunity!

And the next time another high-maintenance client criticizes your coaching services, you can take that opportunity to listen to their feedback and learn how to do better next time – or for the next client. Win-win!
