Receiving calls from "Bank Managers" or "Government Officials"? Stop and check before you panic! 🛑

3 Signs It’s a SCAM:

1️⃣ The "WhatsApp" Official: Real Banks, NADRA, Army, or FIA NEVER call you via WhatsApp. If you see a government logo on a WhatsApp call, BLOCK IT immediately.

2️⃣ The "OTP" Trap: No officer needs your OTP (Code) to "unblock" your account or "verify" your CNIC. If they ask for a code, it is 100% fraud.

3️⃣ The "Urgency" Tactic: Scammers try to scare you: "Do this now or your account will close!" Real banks are professional; they don't threaten you.

Don't talk: Just hang up.

Don't share: Never share your PIN or passwords.

Report: Forward scam numbers to 9000 (PTA) or dial 1799(NCCIA).

President Asif Ali Zardari has signed the Prevention of Electronic Crimes (Amendment) Act 2025, introducing strict penalties for spreading false information online.

Under the new law, individuals found guilty of sharing fake news that incites fear or unrest face up to three years in jail or a fine of Rs 2 million.

The law also empowers authorities to regulate online content.

شمائلہ نامی ملزم کو قابلِ اعتراض تصاویر و ویڈیوز کی سوشل میڈیا پر تشہیر ثابت ہونے پر سزا سنائی گئی

ملزمہ کے خلاف سال 2023 میں سائبر کرائم حیدرآباد میں مقدمہ درج کیا گیا

مقدمے کی سماعت مکمل ہونے پر جوڈیشل مجسٹریٹ -1 حیدرآباد محترمہ عالیہ سحر قائم خانی نے ملزمہ کو 6 ماہ قید سنائی

ایف آئی اے کی جانب سے اسٹنٹ ڈائریکٹر لیگل غضنفر علی بھٹو نے مقدمے کی پیروی کی جبکہ انسپکٹر سعید احمد مقدمے کی تفتیش مکمل کر کے عدالت میں چالان جمع کروایا۔

ایف آئی اے امیگریشن کراچی کی سالانہ کارکردگی رپورٹ

سال 2023 کے دوران ایف آئی اے امیگریشن نے کراچی ائرپورٹ پر بین الاقوامی آمد اور روانگی پر 3.23 ملین مسافروں کو کامیابی سے پروسیس کیا۔

سال کے دوران 11441 پروازوں سے 1.7 ملین مسافر کراچی ائرپورٹ سے روانہ ہوئے

سال 2023 کے دوران 11041 پروازوں سے 1.5 ملین مسافر مختلف ممالک سے کراچی پہنچے۔

سال 2023 کے دوران ایف آئی اے امیگریشن کراچی نے سنگین جرائم میں مطلوب 69 ملزمان کو گرفتار کیا

گرفتار ملزمان میں 37 ملزمان کو بیرون ملک فرار ہونے پر جبکہ 32 ملزمان کو پاکستان پہنچنے پر گرفتار کیا گیا۔

گرفتار ملزمان کا نام اسٹاپ لسٹ میں شامل تھا۔

گرفتار ملزمان میں 21 پنجاب پولیس، 32 ملزمان اینٹی ہیومن ٹریفکنگ سرکل کراچی کو مطلوب تھے۔

گرفتار ملزمان میں 6 کے پی پولیس، 5 سندھ پولیس، 3 اسلام آباد پولیس کو مطلوب تھے۔

جبکہ اینٹی ہیومن ٹریفکنگ سرکل پشاور اور سی ٹی ڈی بلوچستان کو 1,1 ملزم مطلوب تھا۔

سال 2023 کے دوران بیرون ملک جانے والے 57 مسافروں کو جعلی دستاویزات پر آف لوڈ کیا گیا

جبکہ 36 غیر ملکی مسافروں کو پاکستانی پاسپورٹ استعمال کرنے پر آف لوڈ کیا گیا

مذکورہ غیر ملکی مسافروں نے جعلی سازی اور دہوکہ دہی سے پاکستانی پاسپورٹس حاصل کئے تھے

جبکہ 42 مسافروں کو جعلی ویزا، ٹمپرڈ پاسپورٹ اور جعلی مہروں پر پاکستان پہنچنے پر گرفتار کیا گیا

انسانی سمگلنگ جیسے گھناونے جرم کی روک تھام کے لئے خصوصی اقدامات کئے گئے۔

کراچی ائرپورٹ پر تعینات امیگریشن حکام کے لئے انٹرنیشنل اداروں کی معاونت سے ٹریننگ کا انعقاد کیا گیا

گزشتہ سال 200 سے زائد امیگریشن افسران کے لئے انسانی سمگلنگ کی روک تھام کے حوالے سے ٹریننگ دی گئی۔

⏩️Hacking social media account belonging to someone else and abusing personal information---Bail, refusal of---Accused was nominated in the FIR and had been ascribed with a specific role of hacking facebook ID of the complainant and misusing the same for uploading her personal pictures on internet without her permission---During the course of investigation, accused had been found guilty of the offence alleged against him---Offence alleged against the accused was heinous in nature as it ruined the entire life of the victim as being disgraced in the eyes of general public and her family---Sufficient evidence was available on record which was not only threatening but obnoxious and filthy in nature and prima facie connected the accused with the commission of the alleged offence--- High Court observed that such offences damaged the fibre of the society and were liable to be curbed very strongly by the law enforcing agencies---Accused was refused bail accordingly.
