The history of one deal. Royal Atlantis. The story is told by the founder of the Whitewill, Oleg Torbosov.
Recently, I conducted a tour of premium facilities under construction in Dubai for several dozen entrepreneurs and investors from the «500 Club». We visited different projects, but the biggest impression was made by Royal Atlantis, which is located in The Palm Jumeirah. It is clear why.
This is one of the most expensive buildings in Dubai — the total investment for its construction will amount to $1.4 billion. The entire Burj Khalifa skyscraper cost about the same amount.
There will be 16 five-star restaurants, 90 swimming pools, including a dozen private ones located on the terraces of private apartments and villas, as well as a 90-meter mega infinity sky luxury & spa pool on the 22nd floor.
For the interiors of hotel rooms and apartments, dozens of manufactories manually create collections of individual fabrics, ceramics, lamps and art objects.
The Whitewill office has been operating in Dubai for only six months. However, we have already sold several good lots in this project. The total sum is more than $4 million. Many large local agencies working in the Emirates for many years cannot boast of deals in this elite complex.
In September, we closed one major deal for $4.4 million.
