جریمه آرایش کردن خانم ها حین رانندگی در کل امارات و به صورت اتحادی:

مجلس راهنمایی و رانندگی اتحادی اعلام کرد: در آخرین تصمیمات اتخاذ شده جهت تعدیل قانون راهنمایی و رانندگی، قانون جريمه اهمال و عدم توجه به رانندگی را تعدیل و رفتارهای غلط حین رانندگی را که از جمله آنها آرایش کردن، خوردن و آشامیدن و نوشتن پیام کوتاه می باشد، گوشزد نمود.

UAE poised for major traffic law changes: Speeding fines modified

New penalties to be introduced through the country include eating or drinking while driving, adding make up by women driving their cars, men getting dressed inside their vehicles, texting by mobile phones and wearing sunglasses at night.

The new law also modifies speed ranges by toughening fines against higher speed and prevents law enforcers from issuing seat belt fines in the absence of drivers.

The legislation, being reviewed by the health committee of the Federal National Council, states that a person who knowingly exposes another to a communicable disease can face up to five years in prison, a fine of up to Dh100,000 or both for failing to comply with control measures.

No visa for retired expats without insurance: official

Speaking to Emarat Al Youm, Dr Yousuf was quoted as saying that a health insurance policy will be required for issuing a residence visa to an expat who has retired, but wants to continue to live in the emirate.

Also, visas will not be renewed without health insurance in place for the applicant.

قراردادهای یکنواخت اداره زمین و املاک دبی از 1 مه اجباری است

اداره زمین و املاک دبی در راستای هدف خود دایر بر ایجاد یک بازار شفاف و حرفه ای املاک با استانداردهای روشن و قابل اندازه گیری، را اندازی قراردادهای یکنواخت املاک را اعلام کرده است.
موافقت نامه های جدید جهت تنظیم روابط بین طرف ها در معاملات املاک و اجناب از بروز مسائلی که بر اثر برداشت نادرست از اسناد پدید می آید طراحی شده اند.
این قراردادها از 1 مه 2014 تبدیل به یک الزام قانونی خواهند شد.
قراردادهای یکنواخت اداره زمین و املاک دبی در معاملات املاک از حقوق سه طرف شامل: خریدار ، فروشنده و کارگزار املاک حمایت می کنند.
روال جدید به تسهیل و تسریع خرید و فروش در بازار املاک کمک خواهد کرد، خصوصا اینکه امکان آن را فراهم می کند که روال ثبت بدون نیاز به یک عامل انجام پذیرد.
قراردادهای یکنواخت املاک از طریق وب سایت ایمارت حکومت دبی (www.emart.gov.ae) قابل دسترسی خواهد بود. در آنجا سه نوع قرارداد یکنواخت در اختیار مشتریان قرار خواهد گرفت: یک قرارداد بین فروشنده و خریدار (F) ، یک قرارداد بین فروشنده و کار گزار (A) و یک قرارداد بین خریدار و کارگزار (B)
این اسناد را می توان از وب سایت دانلود کرد و پس از پر کردن اطلاعات لازم به امضای طرف های مربوطه رساند. این قرارداد بعد از ثبت در اداره زمین و املاک دبی تبدیل به یک سند رسمی و کامل می شود.

Dubai Municipality cracks down on littering
: If you think jettisoning your butt from your car window will go unnoticed by the watchful eyes of authorities, think again.
The civic body has intensified its campaign against and beach-goers who throw their cigarette butts on roads and public beaches, and will slap first-time offenders with a Dh500 fine.
The fine will double, then treble for each repeat offence for litterbugs.
Spitting is also punishable with fines.
