تحديث قانوني مهم في دولة الإمارات

بدأ رسمياً تطبيق قرار مجلس الوزراء رقم (107) لسنة 2026 بشأن اللائحة التنفيذية للمرسوم بقانون اتحادي رقم (42) لسنة 2023 في شأن مكافحة الغش التجاري.

ويفرض القرار التزامات فورية على المزوّدين، من بينها التوقف عن بيع أو عرض المنتجات المخالفة واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لسحب المنتجات المغشوشة أو الفاسدة أو المقلدة من الأسواق والمخازن خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 24 ساعة من تاريخ تسلّم الإخطار الرسمي.

‏IMPORTANT UAE LEGAL UPDATE

The implementation of Cabinet Resolution No. (107) of 2026 has officially commenced, concerning the Executive Regulations of Federal Decree-Law No. (42) of 2023 on Combating Commercial Fraud.

The new Resolution imposes immediate obligations on suppliers, including ceasing the sale or display of non-compliant products and taking the necessary measures to withdraw adulterated, defective, counterfeit, or otherwise non-compliant products from markets and warehouses within a maximum period of 24 hours from the date of receiving the official notification.

وجود الشخص في مكان عام لا يعني بالضرورة أنه تنازل عن حقه في الخصوصية.

وفقاً للتشريعات النافذة في دولة الإمارات، قد يُعد تصوير الآخرين أو الاحتفاظ بصورهم أو نشرها أو تداولها عبر وسائل تقنية المعلومات دون موافقتهم اعتداءً على الخصوصية، خصوصاً إذا كان النشر قد يسبب لهم ضرراً أو يكشف معلوماتهم الخاصة أو يظهرهم في سياق غير صحيح أو مضلل.

⚠️ **معلومة قانونية مهمة:**
موافقة الشخص على التصوير لا تعني بالضرورة موافقته على نشر الصورة أو استخدامها لأغراض أخرى.

لذلك، قبل التصوير أو النشر، احرص على الحصول على **موافقة واضحة** من الشخص المعني.

A person’s presence in a public place does not necessarily mean that they have waived their right to privacy.

Under UAE legislation, photographing individuals, retaining their images, or publishing and circulating them through information technology without their consent may constitute an invasion of privacy, particularly where the publication may cause harm, reveal private information, or portray the person in a false or misleading context.

⚠️ **Important legal point:**
Consent to being photographed does not necessarily constitute consent to publishing the image or using it for another purpose.

Before photographing or publishing another person’s image, make sure you obtain their **clear consent**.
