UAE Labor Law amendment
Presidential federal decree no 14 for 2022 is passed to amend labor law in UAE; Under the amended decree, employment contracts must cover a fixed term agreed upon by an employer and employee, at the same time, the law does not set a cap on that period. In contrast, parties may agree to define the contract by 1, 2, or 3 or even more years, with no limits now to the term of the labor contract.
