When women lead authentically, entire industries evolve.

In every boardroom, I’ve seen the power of women who don’t try to fit a mold — they redefine it.

Today I want to discuss what happens when women lead from both strength and sincerity.

Today, we honour the strength, stories, and resilience of everyone affected by HIV and AIDS.

World AIDS Day is a reminder that progress is possible, and it happens when we choose compassion over stigma, awareness over silence, and support over isolation.

To those living with HIV: your courage continues to shape a future where health, dignity, and hope belong to everyone.

❤️ Let’s stand together. Let’s end stigma. Let’s keep moving toward zero new infections and zero discrimination.

Midweek in November, many of us introspect during this time, this is a reminder that leadership isn’t measured by volume, but by vision.

Leadership isn’t about having the loudest voice in the room, it’s about listening deeply, guiding with purpose, and leading with clarity.

True influence is felt, not forced. It’s in how we treat people when no one’s watching, how we make space for others to shine, and how we stay grounded through every high and low.

Leading with grace this November isn’t soft, it’s intentional, powerful, and strategic.

✨ Another trip around the sun! 🎉✨

Today I celebrate turning 42.

One truth I carry into this new year: when you pursue life, don’t be fooled into thinking you should be happy and motivated 100% of the time.

Emma Grede said it best—life moves in thirds:
🔸 One third of the time you’re down,
🔸 one third you’re just… meh,
🔸 and one third you’re fired up and unstoppable.

That’s the real rhythm of chasing dreams. The lows build resilience, the in-betweens test patience, and the highs remind us why we keep going.

This past year has been full of wins, lessons, and growth. Some moments stretched me, some shaped me, and others reminded me just how much grace there is in the journey.

I’m grateful for the opportunities I’ve had, the people who’ve walked alongside me, and the challenges that pushed me to rise higher.

Here’s to embracing all three parts of the journey, celebrating the victories (big and small), and stepping boldly into this next chapter. 🥂🌸

And my birthday gift to you? Go listen to Emma Grede’s life-altering podcasts—every leading woman should. 💡✨

Hello, September 💛

Spring is the season of fresh blooms, renewed energy, and second chances. Just as the earth resets and refreshes, so can we.

✨ My mantra for this month: There’s no such thing as “too late.”

I know this because I’ve lived it. I first graduated with an Economics degree and thought that was my path. But life had other plans. I wasn’t seeing my true dream in the field I was in, so I took a leap of faith. I enrolled in law school and, with two kids in tow, I started again from the very bottom, as an intern.

It wasn’t easy, but I held on to my faith in God. Every step, every sacrifice, and every late night was covered in prayer. God was my anchor, and He reminded me that beginnings are never too small when His hand is upon them.

And I didn’t walk alone. I stood on the giant shoulders of people who supported me, my spouse, mentors, colleagues, family, and friends who lifted me when the journey felt too heavy. Their belief in me carried me until I could believe in myself.

Today, I look back and see that what felt like starting over was really God planting me exactly where I was meant to bloom.

This month, may you find the courage to plant new seeds of intention, to walk into every room with a lighter spirit, and to infuse faith and conviction into your work.

Fresh starts don’t need permission. They only require a decision: “I’m ready.” And with God, and the right people by your side, the timing is always perfect.

Here’s to new beginnings, bold choices, and blooming into the woman you’ve always known you could be.

Happy September, beautiful people 🌸✨
Let’s grow. Let’s glow. Let’s go.

Keep showing up — even when no one’s clapping yet.
Because the crown is earned in the quiet. 👑

This journey is not always loud. It’s built in the still moments, the unseen work, the inner resolve.

So today, we walk tall. We stay committed. We Trust the process.

Your becoming is unfolding — even in the silence.

As we step into August, remember...
You are capable. You are becoming. You are built for this.

This month, we move with intention. We make bold decisions. We show up — not just for the goals, but for the woman we’re becoming in the process.

Let’s build. Let’s lead. Let’s become.

🥋 Clean starts. Strong finishes. 🇿🇼💪🏾

As Coral Soft, we may be in the business of tissue — but at our core, we’re about care, dignity, and building strength from the ground up.

Supporting Judo Zimbabwe was not just a sponsorship — it was a calling. I saw young people who are determined, disciplined, and driven — and I knew we had to stand with them.

Sport like Judo doesn’t always get the spotlight, but it builds character, confidence, and community. That’s the kind of Zimbabwe we believe in.

This is how we wipe away doubt, fear, and limitation — and make space for greatness.
