ESWART MUSARU, a holder of a Diploma in Personnel Management, has vast experience in the human resources field spanning more than twenty years, having worked in various companies such as Professional Security Company, ALC Holdings and Hello Projects in different capacities such as Personnel Clerk, Human Resources Manager and Group Human Resources Manager. He founded Kinzmen Security Company, Kinzmen Consultants and Kinzmen Legal Aid which he runs to date.

He is also publishing his first book Human Resources Policy & Procedures Manual for HR Professionals in Zimbabwe and is an ideal manual for all human resources professionals in this country. The manual lays down human resources policies and procedures which are intended to promote good and consistent managerial practices and standards by providing guidance and assistance in the handling of human resources Issues.

He is also into counseling.
