FAMILY TRUSTS IN ZIMBABWE

If a family trust is administered well, it can be a brilliant estate planning tool. It is a great method of disturbing and arranging assets during a person's lifetime or after death.

Are you 16 years old or older? Do you own immovable and/or movable property that is registered in your name?

YOU NEED TO WRITE A WILL NOW!
We do not know the day that our Lord Jesus is coming but our death might (most probably) come earlier. Plan your family's life after you die. Determine how what you are acquiring now should be distributed, the custody of your children & maintenance of your loved ones when you leave this earth.
THAT'S BEING A RESPONSIBLE CHRISTIAN!
Tune in & listen as we unpack important information on will writing for Zimbabweans this coming Monday on

WHY DO YOU NEED BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF THE LAW?

You don't need to be 'represented' all the time that you're faced with a legal problem. Very few can afford such a life of being represented. Wise people do not seek legal representation, they seek legal advice.

A legal consultant works in an advisory capacity for a client, while a lawyer offers a client representation before presiding officers or in other legal matters. We need legal knowledge (basic at least) in order to represent ourselves next time we're faced with the same legal problem.

Besides listening (upcoming ) & reading helpful legal information, consider prioritizing a legal consultant - a professional who provides legal advice and strategies to individuals and organizations. Unongwara. Auperi mare ngechiro chimwe!

Get advice/knowledge, be wise, save your pocket!

PROMOTING BASIC LEGAL LITERACY

Majority of us Africans do not like reading (it is not necessarily bad not to like reading). Our African social, economic, cultural and religious practices are most effectively passed through generations orally and in our mother language (Inini ndiri mundau). To this day, despite the coming of the colonialists’ education (mostly written) and technology in general, we still struggle with written stuff.

Tinoda kutaurirwa zvekuita ngemuromo, kwete book!
I know that some of you my friends breach the law because you do not have the important basic legal literacy that our westernized Zimbabwean environment now require. So, to promote general legal literacy for you my friends here, I have prepared 5 - 7minute videos (my own) that I shall upload here and on my YouTube channel every Monday, beginning Monday 21 November 2022.

These videos are meant to help us act in obedience to the law in Zimbabwe whenever we are faced with varied situations. Ignorance of the law is no excuse! Mungazwa ngekubuda mare nekusungwa.
The first shall be “What to do when you have an accident in Zimbabwe.” We need to have the basic legal knowledge and know what to do tisazoti “ndanga ndisikazvizii.”

In the comment section, please suggest subjects you think might deserve a video clip on.
