Specializing in Arbitration, Mediation, and Construction Adjudication, she has successfully resolved complex disputes across various sectors, including commercial, construction, labor, ESG, and energy.
As the Founder and Principal Partner at iSettle Management Consultants in Lusaka, Zambia, Mary is dedicated to fostering positive outcomes and preserving business relationships. Her extensive experience includes working with corporates, associations, government agencies, and private sector clients.
Mary is also an active member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, ArbitralWomen, African Arbitration Association, and the Institute of Directors Zambia. With a Master's Degree in Human Rights Law, a Bachelor's Degree in Law, and specialized training in Arbitration and Mediation, she's a passionate advocate for diversity, inclusivity, and mental health.
