π¨ Our Client is Hiring: HR & Finance Manager (Pretoria) π¨
Our client in the motorparts and autobody parts distribution industry is seeking an HR & Finance Manager to join their fast-paced SME environment. This is an on-site role within a stock-driven operation supplying workshops, panel beaters, and retailers.
The ideal candidate excels in:
β
Managing full HR and finance functions within a busy operational environment
β
Handling recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and compliance with BCEA, LRA, and EE Act requirements
β
Managing debtors, creditors, cash flow, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
β
Working closely with operations, warehouse, and sales teams
β
Maintaining strong internal controls within a stock-heavy business
β
Working accurately and efficiently in a fast-moving environment
Requirements snapshot:
Candidates should have either 5+ yearsβ HR and finance experience without a degree, or 2β3 yearsβ experience with a relevant qualification. Experience within automotive, wholesale, retail, logistics, or similar stock-based industries will be advantageous. Strong Excel skills are essential, and experience working on Sage, Pastel, or Xero will be advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail, professionalism, reliability, integrity, and the ability to manage both HR and finance responsibilities simultaneously. Relevant HR or finance certifications will be advantageous.
