what happens when your husband/wife passes away and you only find out after his/her death 9that he/she transferred ownership of the car he/she bought before h/s was deceased to his son from the first marriage. and the transfer happened whilst h/s was still married to you (cop). the son now claims donation. i will advise after 19th September 2018 as we await judgment on the matter.
