I stopped by Pick n Pay and explored the full range of .oetker_sa Nice ’n Easy meals — so many delicious flavours to choose from, but I finally picked the Chicken Chow Mein.

After a long Sunday at church, I honestly didn’t feel like cooking . Luckily, I scanned the QR code on the pack and followed the recipe suggestion — and in just a few minutes, I had a warm, flavourful meal ready to enjoy. Quick, tasty, and oh-so-satisfying… the perfect lazy Sunday

MEWA (Molao Ezandleni Woman's Association) is a non-profit organization with a mission to make legal education and knowledge accessible to all communities, especially the previously disadvantaged and marginalized. We believe in the constitutional principle that everyone has a right to justice and aim to empower communities with legal understanding.

Our approach involves providing socially relevant legal education through workshops, conferences, lectures, forums, and newsletters. MEWA also assists those in need of legal advice by teaching them to establish a foundation for developing solutions in line with the law. We seek to build special relationships with influential leaders who can positively impact communities.

MEWA's vision is to create legally enlightened and empowered communities, using the law as a tool for sustainability, equality, and social inclusion. Our goals include improving community members' confidence in justice, promoting difficult conversations about race and inequality, enhancing marginalized communities' understanding of social cohesion, improving living standards, and increasing access to services for those living below the poverty line. We also aim to set up business structures and training for vulnerable areas.

The organization operates on the values of honesty, integrity, transparency, accountability, and respect, ensuring that all our work and projects are conducted with these principles in mind.
