🚨 OUR BIGGEST CASE EVER: We are on our knees and need your help. 🚨

As many of you have seen in the mainstream media, our biggest court case yet has been remanded to July in the Johannesburg High Court. It entails alleged Human trafficking and about 70 related charges against two accused.

Because Pixie opened this criminal case and is a vital State Witness, we have had to stay silent on the details—but the shocking revelations coming out of that courtroom have gripped the entire nation.

For 8 years, you have walked this path with us.

You have seen what happens when we stand up for the innocent, and we need you to remember what we are capable of when we fight together:

Justice for Chene Bezuidenhout: We ensured that the murderers of two-year-old Chene were brought to book and handed life sentences. If Pixie had not fought relentlessly on her behalf, her own parents would never have paid for her gruesome murder and the horrific child abuse of her sibling.

Justice for Chevone Rusch: Pixie also stepped up to open the cases against the murderers of Chevone Rusch, fighting directly on behalf of her siblings who survived severe abuse.

We also had other court cases we attended as we opened the cases against the perpetrators.

Now, we are facing our toughest battle yet, and we cannot finish it alone.

The Reality of What We Are Up Against Now:

The Travel: Pixie must travel from Mossel Bay to Johannesburg at least twice between July and August.

The Load: Simultaneously, we have another major court case starting in the Pretoria High Court at the end of July.

We also desperately want to be at the Bellville High Court to support a grieving family during sentencing—something we've already missed due to lack of funds.

The Financial Strain: Our monthly income has dropped significantly. To make matters worse, we are facing severe delays with Facebook subscription payouts, leaving us in dire straits.

💯 Absolute Transparency & Grit:
We want to be 100% clear: Your donations do not go toward salaries. Every single cent goes directly into the frontline fight for justice and supporting these cases.

Times are incredibly tough, but we are tougher. To ensure she can keep fighting, Pixie has even taken on a second job to supplement her income.

We are doing everything humanly possible on our end, but we are quite literally on our hands and knees praying for a way forward to cover these massive operational costs.

💔 How You Can Take Our Hands Today:

DONATE: Every single Rand counts. If you are able to financially assist with travel and case costs, please consider making a donation.

SHARE: If you cannot give financially, please hit the share button. Let’s get this message to everyone who believes in child protection and justice.

PRAY: Keep Pixie, our team, and these cases in your prayers as we head into July.

Pixie will be going LIVE next week to share more about what we are facing and how we can get through this together.

Please don't let us fight this alone. Take our hands, and let’s finish this. 🙏👇

Thank you in advance for your assistance. Children are vulnerable, defenceless and we must stand up and fight. This is not an easy fight at all.

AI explains the differences between litigation and mediation and the benefits of Mediation

Mediation is generally better than litigation because it offers a faster, more cost-effective, and confidential way to resolve disputes, often resulting in mutually beneficial, "win-win" outcomes rather than a "winner-takes-all" court judgment. It reduces emotional stress, preserves relationships, and allows parties to maintain control over the final agreement.

Key Advantages of Mediation over Litigation

Significant Cost Savings:
Mediation is far less expensive than traditional court battles, which involve high legal fees, court costs, and extensive trial preparation.

Faster Outcomes:
Disputes can often be resolved in weeks or months, compared to years in the court system, allowing parties to move on with their lives sooner.

Voluntary and Controlled Process:
Parties have greater control over the outcome and are not forced to accept an imposed decision from a judge, as they would be in court.

Private and Confidential:
Unlike court proceedings, which are public, mediation is private, keeping personal or business information out of the public record.

Preserves Relationships:
Mediation is collaborative rather than adversarial, making it ideal for family, divorce, or business disputes where parties need to interact afterward.

Flexible and Creative Solutions:
Mediators help parties find creative, tailored solutions that satisfy both sides, whereas courts are limited to strict legal remedies.

Lower Stress and Conflict:
The informal setting is less formal, less stressful, and less contentious than a courtroom setting.

Even if a settlement is not fully reached, mediation can help narrow the issues and reduce the cost of subsequent legal proceedings.

CONSIDERING DIVORCE?

Are you contemplating divorce?

Are you looking for a quick divorce?

Are you looking to save costs by having an amicable, low conflict divorce?

Do you have your children's best interest at heart?

Would you prefer to not go to court?

MEDIATION IS NOW COMPULSORY, BEFORE ANY COURT PROCEEDINGS!

Why Mediation, instead of Litigation?

Mediation is key in conflict resolution because it brings a neutral third party into the mix, helping everyone involved stay focused and fair. It cuts through emotional noise, encourages open communication, and guides people toward a solution they can all live with—without forcing anyone’s hand. Unlike a courtroom battle, where there is a winner and a loser, it’s less about winning and more about understanding, saving time, stress, and often money.

Plus, it keeps relationships intact, which matters when you’ve got to deal with the same people later. Studies show mediated agreements are more lasting — conflicted parties own the outcome instead of having it imposed.
