More than 95% of those implicated in corruption are not criminals but were forced by situation, history and third hand therefore they deserve amnesty, repay what they stole and blacklist from high positions. They have too many reasons to be innvolved, not by choice but sometimes to save lives.

We will remain a failed state if we do not tear down the curtains that hide those miscreants who do not share in the vision of an egalitarian society in a constitutional democracy.
