Accused convicted of count of murder, the deceased was 9 months pregnant with triplets.

Definition of murder - unlawful intentional killing of human being.. To protect the unborn children (triplets), the court expanded the legal definition to include the "........the killing of a viable unborn child of at least seven months (28 weeks)..

Important update for RAF claimants 🚨

A recent court ruling has ordered the Road Accident Fund to allow thousands of previously rejected claims to be re-submitted after the Supreme Court of Appeal found that stricter RAF claim requirements unfairly prevented many victims from accessing compensation. Claimants may now have an opportunity to revive claims that were previously declined.

The Road Accident Fund is set to implement a campaign to assist claimants whose claims were rejected due to new requirements, following a Supreme Court ruling that deemed these rules unfair.
