VACANCY: JUNIOR LEGAL SECRETARY / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Litigation Department

Our firm is seeking to appoint a Junior Legal Secretary / Administrative Assistant to join our Litigation Department. The position is available immediately.

Minimum Requirements:

- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification

- Computer literate, with working knowledge of:

- Microsoft Word

- Microsoft Excel

- Microsoft Outlook

- LegalSuite (or similar legal practice management software)

- Strong administrative and organisational skills

- Fluent in English (spoken and written)

- Attention to detail

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Professional communication skills

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Remuneration:

Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience
