Q: How long does a listing have to be off the market for Days on Market to reset?
A: A listing must be in a permanent status for more than 30 days for cumulative Days on Market to reset when the property is relisted.

Q: What homes are exempt from the seller’s disclosure requirement?
A: New construction, absolute auction, court-ordered foreclosures, commercial, and farm properties.

Q: How long can a listing stay in Coming Soon status?
A: A listing may remain in Coming Soon for up to 14 days, based on the Start Showing Date in the edit/change listing screen.
