"𝙏𝙤𝙤 𝙏𝙤𝙭𝙞𝙘? 𝙃𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙞 𝙋𝙬𝙚𝙙𝙚!"

Bullying has no place in our schools or on our screens. Today, the PHINMA UPANG College of Law takes a stand by equipping the youth with the necessary legal knowledge to empower them to create a safer, more respectful environment both online and offline.

Join us at Dagupan City National High School as we discuss the Anti-Bullying Act of 2013 and launch a social media campaign against toxicity. This event is spearheaded by law student practitioners of the Clinical Legal Education Program under the guidance of Atty. Jefferson Faculanan, with expert insights from our guest speaker and College of Law alumna, Atty. Charisse C. Victorio.

This is made possible through the support of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), Magic Group of Companies, and the Dagupan City National High School administration.
