Hey all, a couple of us are trying to keep up with the club this semester. To whoever is interested we are trying to work out times for a weekly meetings first. If anybody has any suggestions as to a time it'd be appreciated. We'd like to have an idea by friday if possible.
Looking forward to meeting again!

Hey guys!

Thanks again to everyone that came out last week to have the wonderful opportunity of meeting Ohio State's Jimmi Nicholson.

This week we will doing some LSAT Prep with logic games! I know many of us are planning on taking the LSAT in either December or February and it's imperative to be studying at this stage! Meetings at 7pm in ROOM 318!

Lastly, please please remember your 15 dollar club dues. I've only received them from one other person besides myself and I'd love to get our shirts made!

Just in case you missed the email!

Hello all!

We've got some exciting stuff going on tonight for our meeting that you're not going to want to miss out on! I have set up a live video chat with the Kaplan representative here at Kent State. She will be presenting a non-formal "Are you ready?" quiz to see for ourselves where we are on track for studying for the LSAT. I realize the LSAT can be stressful and even discussing it may cause some anxiety... To help deal with this "stress", pizza will be provided for all who attend! Please do not forget your club dues of $15.00 so we can get that all taken care of. Hope to see you all there!

Hey everyone!

I unfortunately have to let you know that we will not be meeting tomorrow. There is sorority recruitment stuff going on in the entire student center so we do not have our room available. On the bright side, next week we will be meeting in our usual room 307 at 7pm. During our meeting we will be video chatting with our Kaplan (LSAT Test Prep) Representative and getting some great LSAT information as well as taking a short quiz to see where you stand in your LSAT prep process. There will also be pizza for all who come!

As far as last meeting went, a huge thanks to all who came out. It was a smaller crowd but we had a great meeting with Prof. Kratcoski in learning about Kent State's Mock Trial Team. In addition, we discussed dues and possible trips and visits. Dues this semester are $15, if you are not able to pay but would still like to join feel free to come speak with me and we'll work something out. WE WILL BE GETTING T-SHIRTS THIS SEMESTER! I'd like to start getting sizes and orders ASAP.

Last but not least, I wanted to welcome our newest officer Clem Pantalone to our board as our new secretary!

Thanks for your time & I look forward to seeing everyone the 22nd!

Great meeting tonight guys! Just to recap, we covered the logical reasoning section of the LSAT. I presented a great website for LSAT preparation and flashcards. Make a free account on on varsitytutors.com to start preparing for the LSAT. Also some tips on http://lsattips.blogspot.com/2008/12/7-logical-reasoning-tips-easy-ways-to.html Thanks again!

Pretty good advice I will try to do the first 15 and work backwards because I do notice it gets harder after the first 15 this is the first time I heard that tip, but it makes sense.

Couldn't have asked for a better trip down to Columbus. We visited Ohio State's Mortiz College of Law on Friday, bonded that evening, & headed off to Capital Law School Saturday morning. Thank you to everyone that came & made it such a wonderful weekend.

Hey Everyone!
Tonight we have another meeting in room 319 of the Student Center at 9 PM! Today we will be discussing when to meet in the future, as well as doing some LSAT prep work! We will also be discussing how to decide and apply to different law schools! We hope to see you tonight!

20/10/2014

Hello everyone! This is a friendly reminder that we will not be meeting tomorrow in our normal room! We will be meeting on Thursday at 4 PM in room 310 of the Student Center and hearing from Kim Blount, a representative from Kaplan who will be teaching us all about the LSAT! That being said, we will be using the room tomorrow, since we have it reserved either way, for a place to come and study for an hour. So we hope to see you sometime this week! If you have any questions, contact the club President Kyle McClain at [email protected]. Have a great Monday!
