OFFICIAL DISCLAIMER ON MEDIA SPECULATION AND POLITICAL FOCUS OF THE OSA’LASI MOVEMENT

We wish to clearly state that the information currently circulating in some media platforms regarding the alleged nomination of Barrister Bello Bwari as Deputy Governor to His Excellency, Governor Umar Bago is not accurate and should be disregarded.

At this stage, no official announcement or confirmation has been made in that regard. We therefore urge the public to remain calm and avoid engaging in or spreading unverified reports.

We also take this opportunity to sincerely appreciate the continuous support, encouragement, and goodwill from all well-wishers and supporters. Your confidence and loyalty are deeply valued.

Our attention remains fully committed to the strengthening and advancement of the Osa’lasi movement, which continues to stand firmly in support of Governor Umar Bago’s New Niger Agenda. This agenda is focused on delivering meaningful development across Niger State, especially in the areas of infrastructure expansion, agricultural transformation, and improved welfare for the people.

We remain dedicated to supporting ongoing government efforts and sustaining unity and progress as the state continues its development journey, with strong optimism toward the 2027 election period, Insha Allah.

MESSAGE OF APPRECIATION.

I wish to use this medium to extend my deepest gratitude and sincere appreciation to every member of my campaign team, our supporters, well-wishers, friends, and family for the dogged, committed, and intense campaign journey for the seat of the Senator representing Niger-East Senatorial District under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Despite the unfortunate twist of events that led to the intervention of Farmer-Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago and members of the APC National working committee led by Hon
Muazu Bawa Rijau. Your dedication, sacrifices, encouragement, and belief in our vision carried us through every stage of this race. You stood firm in the face of these challenges, gave your time, energy, resources, and voices to the cause, and demonstrated true loyalty, unity, and purpose. Your commitment was not only inspiring, but deeply humbling.

To my campaign team, especially Yakubu M.Katamba, Yahaya Adam Idris (Designer), and all the important partners in the process, thank you for your tireless work, strategic effort, resilience, and passion. Without a doubt, you gave your best in service of a common dream, and your contributions will never be forgotten.

To all our supporters, I extend my deepest gratitude for your unwavering support, prayers, and commitment throughout this journey. Though the outcome of the primary election was not what we hoped for, we remain proud of the values, vision, and unity we shared together.

This is not the end of our struggle for a better future, but another chapter in our collective journey. I urge everyone to remain calm, peaceful, and hopeful. Victory is not only measured by the ballot but by the impact we make and the relationships we build along the way.
