Thank you to everyone who showed up to our big country estate sale! We finished the sale Sunday, and by Monday night we had the buildings and house cleared out. We tidied up on Tuesday and she’s unrecognizable! We offer fast service because, in most cases, our clients need things wrapped up quickly to accommodate tight timelines. We are having 2 estate sales in June. We don’t yet have keys for the first sale, BUT, work has begun on our second sale. It is currently scheduled for June 26-28th. I’m nicknaming this one the Happiest Home estate sale. The minute you walk in, you can’t help but feel happy. So many bright colors and beautifully curated treasures. The variety of vintage goodies is vast! Our first sneak peek features some of the fun retro finds. No early sales of items pictured, and no prices given prior to the sale. We had a great turnout for Part 1 of our estate sale on FM 369. We are back at work next week to finish setup for part TWO, which will include the items in the house and will begin Friday May 29th at 12pm. Stay tuned for details / photos which will be posted in the next couple of days.

Estate Sale update…
It seems about half of you were misdirected by your GPS today (mine and many others did not have this issue, but some definitely are). So, here is the easiest info I can give you…the address is 1351 FM 369 South in Iowa Park / Pleasant Valley. If you are starting your journey in Wichita Falls around SW Parkway, you go North on 369. After you cross over FM 367, but before you cross Business 287 (old Iowa park rd), it will be located on your right. There’s a white pipe fence and a sign on property that says “Keel Kountry”. If traveling from North (Iowa park, Burkburnett areas, you turn South on FM 369. You’ll cross Old Iowa Park Rd (business 287), but before you cross FM 367, it will be on your left. Grandmas Attic blue sign will also be out front.
It’s SOUTH of railroad tracks and business 287 on 369.
We hope to see everyone there tomorrow (Saturday) from 10-3.

Join us Friday May 22nd for Estate Sale Part ONE! This first sale includes all items in the barn, tool workshop and large shop, plus outdoor items. In the tool workshop you’ll find dozens of power tools, along with plumbing tools, specialty hand tools, welding helmets and accessories, hitches and towing accessories / parts,
ATV/mower lift, jacks, vintage tools, electrical supplies, every garage type chemical you can imagine, creepers, fencing tools, car /tractor/ machine / ATV tools and accessories, and an insane selection of bolts, screws, nails, etc.
In the barn you’ll find livestock supplies including feeders, troughs, clippers and horse farrier supplies, coolers, pet crates, vintage board games, kitchen items, home decor, vintage patio furniture, bench saw, mini fridge and more!
In the large shop you’ll find, well, just about every category. There’s furniture, great vintage metal folding chairs and wood folding chairs, kitchen enamelware, food saver, holiday decor, lots of silver service pieces, military trunk, military clothing, tarps and gear, ground blinds, hunting tree stand, ATV g*n boots, spotlights, binoculars, trail cameras and viewers, large and small sharp cutting things, hunting clothing, other hunting gear, electronics, portable propane smoker, appliance dolly, lawn chairs, cot, arrows, camping gear, fun outdoor decor, exercise gear, cedar chest, a fabulous large Pyrex jug, decor, generator, compressor, and even a pony cart!

SALE UPDATE…
Due to the amount of treasures available, and the fact that it’s spread across 3 buildings plus a house, Our upcoming estate sale will be split across 2 weekends. The FIRST SALE will be just the 2 Shops and barn, and will be held Friday May 22nd and Saturday May 23rd. The SECOND SALE will be the items in the house and garage. It will be held May 29-31st.
Address and details will be posted to our FB page Thursday evening. Here is a preview of the FIRST SALE, starting this Friday. We will post more photos of first sale items this week. For now, here’s an overview:
