Today, we would like to say a few words about the Trademark aspect of our services.
Through years of experience working with large law firms in China, we learned that some North American and Europeans clients, especially young and emerging companies, are keenly aware of the need to protect their brand in China while being limited with budget. Therefore, we identified for them a strong need to find an agent which does not provide more than the clients really needs, or even overcharge and spend their money inconsiderately.
Easier said than done. To be more specific, on a lot of fundamental matters, such as trademark applications for registration, it is often more practical to use the services of smaller agents who have the ability to deliver high quality work.
