Repeat clients are the best clients.

There’s something special about being part of a transaction for clients you’ve worked with before. Being invited back to help with another major milestone is something we never take for granted.

Some transactions require a little extra coordination, and this one was a great reminder that flexibility matters. When the first purchase contract fell apart, plans changed — but the process kept moving. The right home eventually came along.

Not every transaction goes exactly as planned, but with communication, problem-solving, and a lot of moving pieces managed behind the scenes, everything came together.

You may remember 7771 Kennesaw — we closed that one on June 1st. This seller was on both sides of that transaction, and thanks to a post-closing occupancy agreement, he had a soft landing while his next chapter came together.

His first purchase contract fell through. But the right house showed up — in the right location — and today it's his.

We haven't had a client end up homeless yet. We're keeping that streak alive. 😄🩷
