We’re hiring: Conveyancing Clerk / Admin (Female)
📍 Location: YC Lim Advocates & Solicitors, Bayan Lepas
🕘 Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8.30am – 5.30pm
Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare conveyancing documents & transfer agreements
• Liaise with clients, property agents, bankers & related parties
• Follow up files until completion
• Organise and manage files properly
• Handle general admin tasks when needed
We’re looking for someone who:
✅ Can communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English
✅ Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel)
✅ Has 1–2 years of conveyancing experience (a plus!)
✅ Has basic knowledge of SPA & loan documents (bonus!)
✅ Is detail-oriented, independent & good at multitasking
✅ Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn
