CRASHING out over simple tasks is not always laziness.

Sometimes, it is emotional exhaustion.

And I think a lot of high-performing women are silently dealing with this right now.

The kind where you still go to work.
Still meet deadlines.
Still answer messages.
Still show up for people.

But internally?

You feel mentally crowded.
Emotionally drained.
Disconnected from yourself.

I remember a season where even replying messages felt exhausting.

Not because I was unserious about my goals. Not because I lacked discipline.

I was simply carrying too much emotionally while trying to function normally.

And because I still looked “PRODUCTIVE,” nobody noticed.

That experience taught me something powerful:
Many women are not lazy.
They are overwhelmed.

They are carrying:
• emotional pressure, • responsibilities,
• expectations, • unresolved pain, • and the constant need to keep everything together.

So before you shame yourself for “NOT DOING ENOUGH,” pause and ask👇
“What has my mind and heart been carrying lately?”

A woman should not have to lose herself while trying to succeed.

Ambition and emotional wellness can coexist.

That is one of the core messages behind FULLY HER.

If this resonated with you, follow Buari for more honest conversations about womanhood, healing, relationships, ambition, and becoming whole.

And repost this for the woman who has been silently carrying too much for too long.

Before you go, answer this question:
What is one thing you are emotionally exhausted about and wish more people understood?

CHASE peace with the same energy you chase success.

A lot of women have spent years believing exhaustion is the price of ambition.

So they keep pushing.
Keep performing.
Keep carrying everyone.
Keep surviving.

Until one day, they wake up emotionally disconnected from themselves.

What many women call “STRENGTH” is actually unhealed pressure, silent burnout, and emotional overload.

And sadly, society applauds it.

But let me tell you something many women desperately need to hear👇

A fulfilled woman is far more powerful than an exhausted one.

Because fulfillment changes the way a woman:
• leads, • loves, • communicates, • nurtures,
• creates, • rests, • and shows up in the world.

A fulfilled woman does not operate constantly from depletion.

She understands that peace, joy, emotional wellness, healthy relationships, rest, and purpose are not distractions from success.

They are part of success.

This is your reminder that you do not have to abandon yourself to become successful.

You are allowed to thrive holistically.

Now, ponder on this👇

When last did you feel genuinely fulfilled instead of merely productive?

Follow me for more honest and emotionally intelligent conversations about womanhood, healing, relationships, ambition, and becoming FULLY HER.

And repost this for the woman who has been surviving for too long.

STOP glorifying burnout as ambition.

One thing many women do not realize is this👇
You can be productive and still be emotionally exhausted.

You can be achieving goals, meeting deadlines, showing up for everyone, handling responsibilities, and still feel disconnected from yourself.

For a long time, many women have been praised for surviving.

People applaud the woman who:
• never rests,
• carries everybody,
• suppresses her emotions,
• keeps pushing through exhaustion,
• and handles everything without complaining.

But behind closed doors?

She is tired.
Overwhelmed.
Emotionally drained.
And slowly losing herself.

I know this because I have lived it.

There was a season where people called me “strong,” but internally, I was struggling in ways I could barely explain.

And one day, I had to ask myself:
“What is the point of building a successful life if I am too emotionally exhausted to enjoy it?”

That question changed me.

Because I realized something powerful:
A woman should not have to abandon herself to succeed.

You deserve a life where:
• ambition and peace coexist,
• success and emotional wellness coexist,
• purpose and rest coexist,
• femininity and strength coexist.

Please hear this clearly:
Burnout is not a badge of honor.
Rest is not laziness.
Softness is not weakness.
And emotional wellness is not optional.

This week, I hope more women choose wholeness over survival mode.

Because becoming FULLY HER is not just about accomplishing more.

It is about becoming emotionally healthy, fulfilled, aligned, and deeply alive.

If this resonated with you, follow me for more honest and transformational conversations about womanhood, healing, ambition, relationships, and emotional wellness.

And please share this with a woman who has been carrying too much silently.

Everything happened within a twinkle of an eye.
It wasn’t my intention to go silent.
But when it did happen, I accepted it as a will of God.

However, that same God said 👇
"Abisola, your purpose is still relevant."

Here I am today as proof of God's promise and grace.

I am sincerely grateful to everyone who reached out, prayed with me, stood in a gap for me, and assured me that it would end in praise.

I am specifically grateful to who called me out of consciousness and told me to start moving with FAITH.

Indeed, my purpose is still relevant💯

Welcome to my new beginning ✨️

Let me say something honestly,

You don’t need more motivation.

You’ve been motivated before.
You’ve watched the videos.
You’ve felt inspired.

But somehow,
You still didn’t follow through.

Not because you’re lazy.
But because motivation doesn’t last.

And without structure,
You’ll keep starting and stopping.
You’ll keep doubting yourself.

And eventually, you’ll think you’re the problem.
But you’re not.

You just need a better way to show up consistently.

You need structure.

👉 So tell me, what do you struggle with more:
Motivation or,
Consistency?

Let’s talk.

Love & Light,
Abisola 💜

Let’s be honest,

Most women are not lazy.
They are overwhelmed.
They are trying to figure life out while carrying so much internally.

They have goals.
They want more.
They are trying.

But everything feels scattered.

And because of that,
They start to blame themselves.

“I’m not disciplined enough.”
“I’m not consistent.”

But that’s not the real problem.

The real problem is:
No clarity.
No structure.
No emotional support.

And without these, growth becomes frustrating.

But here’s the truth:
You are not the problem.
You just need the right support and direction.

So let’s talk,

👉 What are you struggling with the most right now?
• Clarity,
• Discipline,
• Emotional healing,
• Relationships?

It’s okay if you still doubt yourself sometimes.

Growth does not erase doubt overnight.

Even after progress,
Even after healing,
There are moments you will still question yourself.

And that doesn’t mean you’re going backwards.

It just means,
You’re still learning to trust the new you.

So be patient with yourself.

You are not starting again.
You are adjusting to who you’ve become.

And with time,
Your confidence will catch up.

If you’re giving yourself grace tonight, type “I’M GROWING” in the comments 👇

Even after the resurrection,
Some people still doubted.

They heard the news.
They were given instructions.

But they still needed to go and see for themselves.

And if we are being honest.

Many of us do the same thing.

You’ve grown.
You’ve healed.
You’ve come a long way.

But deep down,
You’re still unsure if you can truly thrive.

So you hesitate.
You overthink.

You hold yourself back not because you’re not ready,
but because you don’t trust who you’ve become.

That’s the part nobody talks about.

The doubt that comes after growth.

But hear this👇
You are not who you used to be.

And at some point, you have to stop questioning the evidence of your own transformation.

👉 Where are you still doubting yourself?

Let’s talk.

Love & Light,
Abisola 💜
