Incredibly happy to get this first-time home buyer into a beautiful home! This client didn't have a specific city she wanted to be in, just that it was at the right price with no major issues. Over 11 months, we looked at homes in Seagoville, Crandall, Cedar Hill, Duncanville, Waxahachie, Whitney, Ennis, Terrell, Rowlett, Kerens, Forney, Corsicana, and finally found the home that matched everything she wanted in Dallas! I negotiated with the seller's agent to get her $11k back in closing costs. It was a smooth transaction and everyone came out happy!
