Southern Maryland Notary offers I-9 services as well!

The I-9 form is used to verify the identity and employment authorization of individuals hired for employment in the United States. All U.S. employers must properly complete Form I-9 for each individual they hire for employment in the United States. This includes citizens and noncitizens. Both employees and employers (or authorized representatives of the employer) must complete the form.

What Is A Will ?
A will is a written document directing the disposition of a person's assets after death.

Requirements For A Valid Will.
In Maryland, a will must be signed by the person making the will and attested and signed by two credible witnesses in the presence of the person making the will.

Why Should You Make A Will ?
A will is one of the most important of all legal documents. It is the legal declaration of a person's intentions and desires that he/she directs to be carried out after his/her death. By making a will you can specify how you want your property/assets distributed after your death.
