As our consulting practice expands, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contract & Compliance Specialist to join our team.
This position supports our Project Management & Engineering Consulting operations and works closely with leadership, accounting, and external advisors to ensure contracts and compliance requirements are properly managed.
📍 Location: Texas (Remote / Hybrid)
🕒 Employment Type: Hourly (W-2)
🔍 Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage client and vendor contracts
- Support contract negotiation and ex*****on to protect company interests
- Coordinate with management, accounting, and external legal/compliance partners
- Maintain compliance documentation, policies, licenses, and internal records
- Track regulatory deadlines, renewals, and reporting requirements
- Assist with compliance-related filings and internal reviews
- Serve as a key point of contact during the onboarding of new clients
- Participate as a team member in a fast-paced, growing consulting environment
✅ Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Legal, Business, or related field preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in contracts, compliance, legal operations, or risk management
- Experience with contract drafting and negotiation
Familiarity with general commercial contract terms
(confidentiality, indemnification, liability limits, data privacy, etc.)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
- Experience in consulting, engineering, insurance, or professional services is a plus
