Để hỗ trợ việc mở rộng kinh doanh sang lĩnh vực mới, OneStep Vietnam cần tìm kiếm ứng viên cho vị trí Chuyên viên Kiểm kê khí nhà kính, với các yêu cầu như sau:

PHẠM VI CÔNG VIỆC & TRÁCH NHIỆM
- Lập và quản lý file excel kiểm kê và tính toán khí nhà kính (KNK) (được đào tạo và hướng dẫn cụ thể).
- Đối chiếu các số liệu hoạt động trong kiểm kê KNK với các số liệu ghi nhận trong kế toán và các báo cáo khác liên quan.
- Kiểm tra thực tế tại Doanh nghiệp khi được yêu cầu.
- Hỗ trợ việc xây dựng quy trình sản phẩm tư vấn, tham gia vào việc nghiên cứu, phân tích và tạo ra các quy trình thực tế trong lĩnh vực ESG và Khí nhà kính (được đào tạo).
- Hỗ trợ các công việc khác liên quan đến tìm kiếm và quan hệ khách hàng.
- Được đào tạo để trở thành chuyên gia KNK và ESG.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của cấp quản lý trực tiếp.

YÊU CẦU & KỸ NĂNG
- Tốt nghiệp ĐH/CĐ ngành tài chính kế toán.
- Có 2-4 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực kế toán.
- Kỹ năng tổ chức và quản lý thời gian tốt.
- Chịu được áp lực và sẵn sàng đi công tác.

According to Circular No. 55/2024/TT-BCA, the internal firefighting team shall be equipped the fire prevention and fighting and rescue equipment as bellow:
- Personal lighting equipment (flashlight with a brightness of 200 lumens, water-resistant with an IPX5 rating)
- Fire axe (2 kg in weight, 90 cm handle, high-carbon steel)
- Crowbar (one sharp end, one flattened end; 100 cm in length)
- Sledgehammer (high-carbon steel, 5 kg in weight, 50 cm handle)
- Bolt cutter (60 cm in length, cutting load of 60 kg)
- Firefighting ladder (minimum length of 3.5 meters; capable of supporting a minimum load of 150 kilograms)
- Firefighting ladder (3,5m in length; bearing metal)
- Type A first aid kit (According to Circular No. 19/2016/TT-BYT dated June 30, 2016 by the Minister of Health)
- Radio communication system (handheld walkie-talkie meeting IP54 standard)

- Thiết bị chiếu sáng cá nhân (Đèn pin độ sáng 200 lm, chịu nước IPX5)
- Rìu (trọng lượng 2 kg, cán dài 90 cm, chất liệu thép cacbon cường độ cao)
- Xà beng (một đầu nhọn, một đầu dẹt; dài 100 cm)
- Búa (thép cacbon cường độ cao, nặng 5 kg, cán dài 50 cm)
- Kìm (dài 60 cm, tải cắt 60 kg)
- Thang chữa cháy (dài tối thiểu 3,5m; bảo đảm chịu được tải trọng tối thiểu 150kg)
- Thiết bị phục vụ sơ cấp cứu người bị nạn (Túi sơ cứu loại A theo Thông tư số 19/2016/TT-BYT ngày 30/6/2016 của Bộ trưởng Bộ Y tế)
- Hệ thống thông tin vô tuyến (Bộ đàm cầm tay đáp ứng tiêu chuẩn IP54)

Under Decree No. 153/2024/ND-CP, issued on November 21, 2024, businesses discharging emissions subject to environmental permit requirements will be mandated to pay environmental protection fees for air emissions starting January 5, 2025.

Theo Nghị định 153/2024/NĐ-CP, ban hành ngày 21/11/2024, kể từ ngày 5/1/2025, các doanh nghiệp có hoạt động xả khí thải thuộc diện phải có giấy phép môi trường sẽ chính thức chịu trách nhiệm nộp phí bảo vệ môi trường đối với khí thải.
Cụ thể, mức phí bao gồm hai thành phần: phí cố định và phí biến đổi. Phí cố định được áp dụng chung, trong khi phí biến đổi sẽ phụ thuộc vào lưu lượng khí thải thực tế mà doanh nghiệp phát sinh.

Self-produced and self-consumed rooftop solar systems connected to the national grid can sell up to 20% of their installed capacity as surplus electricity. This applies to household/single-family systems under 100 kW or those aligned with local generation plans. The buyback rate for excess power matches the average market electricity price from the previous year, as determined by the power system and electricity market operator.
This is one out of nine policies encouraging development of self-produced and self-consumed rooftop solar power, according to Decree No. 135/2024/ND-CP

Theo Nghị định số 135/2024/NĐ-CP, điện mặt trời mái nhà tự sản xuất, tự tiêu thụ có đấu nối với hệ thống điện quốc gia thuộc quy mô công suất theo quy hoạch, kế hoạch thực hiện quy hoạch và điện mặt trời mái nhà tự sản xuất, tự tiêu thụ có đấu nối với hệ thống điện quốc gia thuộc hộ gia đình, nhà ở riêng lẻ có công suất dưới 100 kW nếu không dùng hết được bán điện dư lên hệ thống điện quốc gia nhưng không quá 20% công suất lắp đặt thực tế.
Giá mua bán điện dư phát lên hệ thống điện quốc gia bằng giá điện năng thị trường điện bình quân trong năm trước liền kề do đơn vị vận hành hệ thống điện và thị trường điện công bố nhằm bảo đảm khuyến khích phù hợp trong từng thời kỳ phát triển của hệ thống điện quốc gia.

In August, Mr. Nguyen Tan Thanh, Director of OneStepVietnam, had the honor of becoming a member of the Assessment Council for the 2024 Program for Benchmarking and Announcing Sustainable Businesses in Vietnam (Corporate Sustainability Index – CSI Program 2024). The program is chaired by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI). This marks the 9th year of the initiative, which aims to evaluate the sustainability of participating businesses based on the Corporate Sustainability Index (CSI).
