🍀Cập nhật 1 số thông tin BDS nổi bật trong tuần:
1. Novaland vừa bán 19% vốn tại dự án Aqua City cho CTCP Thiên Hà với giá 973 tỷ đồng, giảm sở hữu còn 51%. Đồng thời, Novaland cũng thoái vốn tại nhiều công ty khác và đầu tư hơn 1.400 tỷ vào Vũng Tàu Investment, nằm trong chiến lược tái cơ cấu tài chính và tập trung vào các dự án trọng điểm.
2. TP.HCM gỡ vướng pháp lý cho 2 dự án của Novaland là The Tresor và Garden Gate, chuẩn bị cấp sổ hồng cho 272 căn hộ và xem xét cấp cho 116 căn officetel.
3. Vingroup đề xuất làm CĐT dự án cao tốc Bắc Nam. Nếu phê duyệt sớm sẽ triển khai luôn trong T12/2025 và cơ bản hoàn thành vào năm 2035.
4. Ngày 9.5 tại Dinh Độc Lập dự án Haus Da Lat mở rổ hàng 25/ 68 căn, bán được 90%, giá 1PN 20ty, 2PN 37ty, 3PN 67tỷ.
5. Tâm điểm căn hộ SG hiện tại là The Prive ở Quận 2, mức giá chỉ 100tr/m2 ( rẻ hơn xung quanh 40% ) và thanh toán chỉ 8,6% đến khi nhận nhà Q3/2027.
6. Sun Group Vũng Tàu đã ra những thông tin đầu tiên và nhận booking đợt 1, quy mô lớn nhất Vũng Tàu với 96ha và 1,6km mặt biển, có cả Sunworld trong lòng dự án.
7. Thủ tướng Chính phủ yêu cầu hoàn thành việc mở rộng tuyến cao tốc TP.HCM – Long Thành, tuyến cao tốc rộng nhất Việt Nam, vào dịp 2/9/2026.
8. Vinhomes The Gallery – Giảng Võ, giá từ 78 tỷ (1 tỷ/m²), 3 mặt tiền đường – View hồ – Shophouse 2 mặt tiền – Biểu tượng di sản giữa lòng Hà Nội.
9. Vingroup dự kiến khởi công 1000ha tại Phước Vĩnh Tây, huyện Cần Giuộc, Long An tháng 6/2025 này.
10. Capitaland ký đối tác chiến lược với Vinhomes, sau này tại các dự án của Vinhomes triển khai sẽ có khu riêng của Cap giống với Masterise homes hay Mik hiện tại.
🍀Update some outstanding real estate information of the week:
1. Novaland has just sold 19% of its capital in the Aqua City project to Thien Ha JSC for VND 973 billion, reducing its ownership to 51%. At the same time, Novaland also divested capital in many other companies and invested more than VND 1,400 billion in Vung Tau Investment, as part of its financial restructuring strategy and focusing on key projects.
2. Ho Chi Minh City removed legal obstacles for two Novaland projects, The Tresor and Garden Gate, preparing to issue pink books for 272 apartments and considering granting 116 officetels.
3. Vingroup proposed to be the investor of the North-South expressway project. If approved early, it will be implemented in December 2025 and basically completed in 2035.
4. On May 9, at the Independence Palace, the Haus Da Lat project opened a basket of 25/68 apartments, 90% sold, price 1 bedroom 20 billion, 2 bedrooms 37 billion, 3 bedrooms 67 billion.
5. The current focus of SG apartments is The Prive in District 2, price only 100 million/m2 (around 40% cheaper) and payment is only 8.6% until receiving the house in Q3/2027.
6. Sun Group Vung Tau has released the first information and received bookings for the first phase, the largest scale in Vung Tau with 96 hectares and 1.6km of sea frontage, including Sunworld in the heart of the project.
7. The Prime Minister requested to complete the expansion of the Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh Expressway, the widest expressway in Vietnam, by September 2, 2026.
8. Vinhomes The Gallery - Giang Vo, price from 78 billion (1 billion/m²), 3 street frontages - Lake view - 2-frontage shophouse - Heritage symbol in the heart of Hanoi.
9. Vingroup plans to start construction of 1000ha in Phuoc Vinh Tay, Can Giuoc district, Long An in June 2025.
10. Capitaland signed a strategic partnership with Vinhomes, later on in Vinhomes' projects there will be a separate area for Cap similar to Masterise homes or Mik currently.
