Monday Market Update!

Raleigh’s market is definitely giving buyers a little more room to breathe 👀🏡

For my buyers, this means more homes to choose from, homes sitting a little longer, and potentially more room to negotiate.

For my sellers, this doesn’t mean your home won’t sell! It means we have to be intentional. Pricing, presentation, and marketing matter even more in this market. You don’t want to chase the market down with price reductions later.

I’ll keep sharing these updates because I want you to know what’s actually happening in our local market not just hear “it’s a good time to buy” or “it’s a good time to sell.” The numbers tell us a lot.

➡️ For Buyers: More inventory means more choices and increased negotiating opportunities. Buyers are beginning to have a little more breathing room than they did a few months ago.
