This is the reason you should always hire a Mobile Notary/Loan Signing Agent;

Met a woman this morning that had an escrow close recently, she told me she had to go to the escrow office 3 different times to sign documents, the office was about 20 miles away. This was a huge inconvenience to her because she is constantly traveling, her last visit was so close to her missing a flight that she actually had to run to the terminal and was in tears the whole way.

Please don’t inconvenience your buyer or seller; call a Loan Signing Agent who will go to their location!
