We are pleased to announce that Amy J. Phillips, Esquire, has joined the firm as a partner. Her practice focuses on Family Law.

Most recently, Attorney Phillips was a Senior Associate Attorney Blake & Schanbacher Law, LLP for six (6) years from June 2019 through August 2025.

Throughout her career, Attorney Phillips has been active with the Family Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. On three (3) occasions, Amy served on Council (3-year terms), which is the governing body for the Family Law Section. Amy participated on the Programming Committee for several years, which organizes and plans the Family Law Section's biannual Winter and Summer CLE Meetings. In 2020-2021, Attorney Phillips co-chaired the Programming Committee for that year's Winter and Summer CLE Meetings. Attorney Phillips has also authored several articles and/or case notes for the Pennsylvania Family Law, a publication disseminated to attorneys in the Family Law Section throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Congratulations to Jason Austin Shirey, Esquire, who we welcome to the firm as Partner.

Jason is a general law practitioner, with a particular passion for Family Law and Children’s Advocacy.
His broad variety of life and professional experience give Jason a unique perspective, and approach, to his practice of law.

Jason is a York County native with deep roots in the community. He graduated cm laude from York College of Pennsylvania in 2007, where he was a member of the Pi Sigma Alpha Political Science Honors Society. Jason would later go on to attend Penn State’s Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, graduating in 2016, with the distinction of being the school’s Trial Advocacy Board President, for the 2015-2016 academic year. Jason then went on to a clerkship with the in-house counsel of a Fortune 500 company, concentrating on protecting the company’s valuable intellectual property. In 2018, Jason accepted a clerkship with the Honorable N. Christopher Menges in the Court of Common Pleas of York County.

After the completing his clerkship, Jason transitioned into private practice with Ream, Carr, Markey, Woloshin & Hunter, LLP, in 2019.

Jason is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the York County Bar Association.
