Honored to help my longtime family friends finally reach retirement! After 46 years of successfully running Chucks Steak House, Tom and Steve have earned their freedom. I couldn’t be more happy for the two of them and am thrilled that they came to an agreement with not just any Buyer, but the Town of Auburn. This came to be the perfect location for the towns new fire station development given the multiple access ways and the convience of accessing both RT 12 and RT 20. Congratulations Tom & Steve, well-deserved! 🥳

The sale of Chuck's Steakhouse and Margarita Grill Mexican Cantina was finalized and sold to the Town of Auburn for $4.05 million. The Town plans on constructing a three-story firehouse on the site, with room for a future police station.

Madison O'Brien and William D. Kelleher IV represented both the seller and buyer in the transaction.
