I am so happy for my client and her beautiful new home! ❤️

I absolutely loved spending time with her and showing her homes throughout this process. Then she walked into this one and she just knew it was her new home. Sometimes you can tell right away when a home is meant to be yours!

This closing is extra special because it represents a full-circle moment with wonderful repeat clients of mine!

For more than 40 years this building was home to a local daycare and before that it served our community as a mill. There is so much history within these walls and now it’s time for the property to begin its next chapter.

I’m especially happy that it was purchased by a local owner and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for this special property!
