Need a community vote ...

I feel that law enforcement and public service complaints should not be i
"Investigated" in house.
All complaints against officials should be handed to an outside agency composed of lawyers and citizens to eliminate bias.

NCLEM or North Carolina Law Enforcement Mediation Group is a privately funded organization comprised of several civilian investigators and auditors to keep our public service and public offices in compliance and order.
With the times we are in it seems that more and more public officials are breaking general laws and violating God given rights.
And it is our duty to investigate and prosecute such actions.
