Here's the link to a great complaince tool for the new Mass Data Security law. All businesses [and I mean all] nned to be in compliance now.

Effective March 1, 2010, all Massachusetts businesses that store, process, or maintain personal information (any employee, customer, or client), including credit and debit card transactions, must meet 201 CMR 17 guidelines.
