Benny represents longtime tennis director Skip Jackson, who is challenging that decision and asking the court to take a closer look at the process. The case is still ongoing, and the outcome could impact the future of these community courts.

Commissioners voted to award the city’s three tennis centers to Let’s Play Tennis instead of USTA Florida, but longtime South Olive director Skip Jackson says his lawsuit against the city is moving forward.
