Stopped to have a great lunch at Froge's Bar and Grill! Food was great but the best part... Coke in a CAN! None of that fountain soda nonsense!

If you are looking to buy or sell land near Portage De Souix let's meet there for lunch!

Remember the buyer for your land may not live in your town or even in the same state. That is why national marketing and collaboration can often mean the difference between closed deals and expired listing. Reach out if you want to talk land!

Kyle is such an amazing asset to the community!

Meet Vision Ambassador Kyle Gaines!

Class of 2019 | St. Charles County Ambulance District
For Kyle, Vision is all about meaningful relationships, connecting with people and organizations he might never have crossed paths with otherwise.

One experience that still stands out is touring MTI - Marine Technology Inc Kyle had no idea the company existed in our community and was blown away by the watercraft being produced right here!

Since graduating, he’s stayed involved through SCCAD’s participation in First Responder Day. Becoming an Ambassador felt like a natural way to extend that connection.

A few things to know about Kyle:
☀️ Early bird: “But not too early!”
🍽️ Local favorites: Thai Kitchen Wentzville, Bormio, and Lydia's .
🕹️ A spot to explore: The Dive Bar - Cottleville for unique beers and pinball.
🌳 Where he unwinds: The paved path at 370 Lakeside Park.
🍦 Go-to snacks: Blue Bell Banana Pudding Ice Cream or Wheat Thins.
🎶 Favorite track: “Till I Collapse” by Eminem & Nate Dogg.

Thanks for helping future Vision participants discover the people, places, and possibilities in our community, Kyle!
