Hagerstown, MD - I’m sure whoever was living here in this duplex was running a part time haunted house in this basement 🕸🕷👻💀🧙🏽‍♀️🧹 (I’m joking). Upstairs unit is in pretty good condition. After a little work on the downstairs unit this will turn into a great cash flowing rental.

Another day, another property. Went on an appointment the other day in NE DC. Multifamily unit has been vacant for a few years. I think the the current Rehabbers ran out of money or the neighbors ran them out cause they haven’t been back to finish what they started. Other than almost getting mauled by Precious the ferocious pit bull (we’re like friends now, I just promised her I wouldn’t surprise her anymore) this might be a great addition.

If you know anyone with a house that they want to get rid of (it doesn’t have to be in this bad of shape). Send them my way. I pay $500 - $1000 finder fees for houses I can close on.
