Vaccination passports in the US: Republican states are against❌

As of today, six states have signed decrees that prohibit the issuance of a vaccination passport as well as requiring such a document from a person to provide any service. The decrees have been signed by the governors of the following states:

◾️Arizona
◾️Montana
◾️ Idaho
◾️ Texas
◾️ Florida
◾️ Utah

All governors have spoken out against vaccination passports out of concern that their use would violate users' privacy rights and that the passports would be used to discriminate against unvaccinated US residents.

The governors of Tennessee, Iowa and Georgia also do not support the use of vaccine passports. However, they have not issued edicts regarding the ban.

Nebraska's governor said the technology was a violation of "two central principles of the American system: freedom of movement and confidentiality of health care services." The state said it would not participate in any vaccination passport initiatives.

The only state that has agreed to use and has already issued its own vaccination passport is New York🗽. The system has been in place here since March 2021.

Biden's 1st 100 days: which promises have been kept?

As 𝗔𝗣 NEWS notes, Biden delivered on some of his biggest campaign promises on climate change as well as the economy, but some issues proved more challenging for the administration, including immigration.

What has been fulfilled in the immigration 🛫 sector:

✔️ The travel restriction for people from a number of Muslim-majority countries has been lifted.
✔️ Funding and construction of the border wall stopped.
✔️ Trump's public burdens rule preventing immigrants from enjoying public benefits has been repealed.
✔️ Trump's executive order expanding the criteria for deporting immigrants was repealed.
✔️ The principle of deporting Obama-era aliens who are considered a national security threat or have committed crimes in addition to illegal entry was reinstated.

❗Some of the promises were fulfilled, but they were immediately blocked in court. This was the fate of the promise to freeze deportation for 𝟭𝟬𝟬 days.

Recall that recently 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁 and ABC 𝗡𝗲𝘄𝘀 conducted a poll that found that 𝟱𝟮% of Americans have a positive view of Biden.

We continue our series of posts on "Reasons to move to the USA"🇺🇸

Part 2.

6. The opportunity to become an American.

Even if you come here with minimal knowledge of the language, you can eventually become fully integrated into American society and become one of your own. No other country will accept immigrants as their own in such a short period of time⏳.

7. Future for children.

Children who are born in the US are automatically considered American citizens. They also have access to better schools and colleges, and the opportunity to get better jobs later in life📈.

8. Entertainment and travel prospects.

The States have an amazing infrastructure for tourism: rivers, lakes, geysers, nature reserves, mountains - travellers will clearly have plenty to see. Domestic flights can get you anywhere in the country in just a couple of hours✈️.

9. Medical sector💊.

Although the prices of medical services in America are exorbitant, but the qualified staff and quality of services are worth the money. Even low-income people have the right to be insured - there are social programs designed specifically for them.

10. Retirement.

Older people will find it most comfortable to grow old in the United States. Although pensions here are not generous, you can still take care of yourself and save for your retirement while you're working💰.

Life in America is a great chance to get realized and start building your life anew in a whole new scenario. Don't neglect this exciting opportunity🚀.

5 REASONS TO MOVE TO THE USA🇺🇸

Part 1.

1. Self-fulfilment opportunities🚀

In the U.S. everyone has the opportunity to fulfill his or her potential, regardless of age, nationality, physical, mental or other individual characteristics. America is the best place to start life with a clean slate.

2. High standard of living🔝

You all know that housing and healthcare in the US are expensive, but they come at a price that is commensurate with their quality. Also you'll find that your income level is much higher in the US than, for example, in the CIS countries. Here, mortgage payments make it possible to live well, not just from paycheck to paycheck. But to live comfortably in America, you should work hard and diligently.

3. Business💼

The U.S. has an excellent platform for doing business. You won't see any echoes of the rogue 90s here. The independent judicial system guarantees you property rights and all documentation is clear and transparent. Opening a business in the States is unusually easy, registering your company does not even take half an hour.

4. The political atmosphere

Even though American politics are going through hard times today, America has always been and remains a democracy, which offers an opportunity to hope for further progress towards democracy.

5. Social atmosphere☀️

In America mutual respect and goodwill are held in very high esteem. With Americans who are smiling and open-minded it is much easier to build up social contacts. But for many newcomers this factor is a stumbling block in social adjustment - not everyone can accept this openness right away.

⚡5 interesting but little-known facts about the USA

The United States is famous for its rich and interesting culture. But there are some details about its history that many people don't know.

Let's discover them now:

1️⃣ There is no official national language in the United States. There were numerous proposals to legislate the status of English, which is a native language for 80% of Americans, but no such decision was made at the federal level.

2️⃣ In 1956, "In God We Trust became" the official slogan of the United States. Presumably, it appeared during the Civil War and now it is printed on all American banknotes.

3️⃣ The US military is prohibited from using US flags made in China.

4️⃣ In Arkansas, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas, atheists cannot hold public office. It is forbidden by local constitutions.

5️⃣ The design for the United States flag in its current form was created in 1958 by a 17-year-old high school student. It was Robert Heft's homework, for which, incidentally, he got B-😃.

⚡️US President Joe Biden has signed three executive orders overturning a number of former head of state Donald Trump's migration policy orders.

- First, an executive order was signed prohibiting the separation of migrants and their children while criminal cases of illegal border crossing are pending. A special team will also be set up to deal with the reunification of such families👨‍👩‍👧‍👦.

- The second executive order states that Biden intends to create a framework for "regulating migration processes throughout North and Central America".

- The third executive order, according to the president, will "restore faith in the US immigration system" and ensure the "integration of new Americans". Many of his predecessor's decisions will now be tested and reviewed.

❗️The Biden administration intends to create the conditions for legal migration to the US to be coordinated by US federal authorities.

How do you think, will immigration to the USA become more accessible in the near future❓

Trump's ban on some work visas expired on 31 March🎉

Applicants can now again obtain the following categories of visas:

✅L-1 - for intra-company transfers for executives, managers and professionals;

✅H-1B - allows foreign qualified professionals to work in the US;

✅H-2B - seasonal work visas;

✅J-1 - for participants in a number of cultural and professional exchange programs.

People who have been refused visas because of the entry into force of Presidential Decree №10052 now have the opportunity to reapply. Priority will be given to those applications which have not yet been interviewed or scheduled for interview.

We recall that Donald Trump has come under criticism from Google and Apple and other IT companies, following the June 2020 ban on certain types of temporary work visas.
