This is what I have been working on for the past 10 years.

Below is a very good article that describes the significance of the new National Public Defense Workload Standards (NPDWS) and my recent formation of the Quality Defense Alliance (QDA) to enforce the NPDWS across the nation.

We had oral argument in the Oregon Supreme Court in the QDA’s first case on September 19.

The decision of that court will have major significance for reform of both the nation’s public defense system and the nation's criminal legal system.

My role model for this work has always been the late Bobby Bowden, Florida State’s head football coach for decades, who when asked the secret of his success said...

The Charles R. Drew Public Charter School's Varsity Boys Golf Team in Atlanta, which has all Black players and an all Black coaching staff, has recently won the State Championship, making them the first to do so in the state of Georgia.
