I didn’t have a cell phone until my 20s. Kids are now walking through life staring at phones. NJ laws are taking a look at phone safety. Not surprised since our governor is a mom of 4!

The new laws establish “safeguards around interactions between minors and adult users, requires platforms to set their default privacy settings for children to the highest level of privacy, and restricts certain platform features designed to keep young users constantly engaged.
