A property can look complete at closing and still reveal problems afterward.
When an issue appears after the sale, one of the first questions is whether it was known, documented, or disclosed before the transaction was completed. Inspection reports, seller disclosures, emails, repair records, and other transaction documents may help clarify what happened.
If you purchased a property and later discovered an issue that was never disclosed, it may be worth reviewing the circumstances with an attorney.
