I no longer think we're going to get a housing price correction anytime soon. (meaning lower prices)

For the longest since 2023 I was in the camp saying we would definitely see a market correction (all assets to include real estate) due to the massive bank failures we experienced

Now fast forward and home prices have dropped slightly, and gone sideways. But I believe home prices are going to rise while affordability increases.

I know that sounds backwards, but the toothpaste is out of the tube, the news is out, we know the Federal Reserve is going to continue lowering rates, regardless of who it's head is.

Conversely the Federal Reserve began expanding their balance sheet see here screenshot below.

This expansion includes government bonds & MBS (Mortgage Backed Securities)

In short easy money is going to flow into the markets, via a multitude of narratives and programs.

All markets are emotional, and if conditions are created where we see disbelief followed by euphoria from the p***c, then we're going to see a prolonged period of home purchases at increasing prices.

Looks like consumer sentiment is rising in Real Estate - lots of positive inquires over the last couple of weeks.

Remember Rate Cuts = Affordability via monthly payments

We are nearing the debt roll over cycle, the Fed will continue cutting rates.

If affordability increases,👉 Home Prices WILL RISE 👈 if home sales increase over a sustained period of time. 🕰

The magic of inflation will then push the value of your home up over time. (even if we have another major correction you will always rebound as long as you hold on to your property)

⭐ The trick is being able to understand this and hedge against the cost of living inflation we all have to deal with daily. ⭐
