Utica cops said because I dudnt walk inside while they jumped my 12 yr old that I engaged to protect my daughter so guess you can’t press charges while all my kids even baby went in to the ground went in a ambulance to hospital my older daughter has heart condition and it’s. A whole family members that live around my house so nothing was done but if I did it I’d be locked up right now
